The price of our services includes customs clearance only for inexpensive goods. Import and export duties, local and customs fees, taxes/VAT for transportation services are not included in our rates.
From 12 to 36 hours, sometimes more, it all depends on customs.
No, the cost of delivery has no effect on the attachment. If the price of the product is 4000 TL, and the delivery came out at 12000 TL, the customs will only take into account the value of the attachment, i.e. 4000 TL.
This process is extremely easy. You will receive a text message to pay this fee. The message will contain a link to your personal account, username and password. Go to the "Receipts" section and then pay the fee with a regular bank card. Then let us know so that we can expedite the processing of your shipmentatcustoms.
Yes, when forming a parcel for collection you can choose an additional service - “take a photo”. The service is paid. Depending on the goods, we will take1-3 photos and send them to your mail.
At the moment we only accept payment in Turkish Liras.
